Terms of service
1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of SolBall, a soccer-management game provided by E-Personae, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Accounts
Account authentication is provided through Privy. You are responsible for controlling access to your email, wallet, and devices, and for activity performed through your account. Do not impersonate another person or use another person’s credentials.
3. Game rules and virtual items
Club credits, players, facilities, records, and other game state are virtual features of the Service. They have no guaranteed cash value, cannot be redeemed from us for money or cryptocurrency, and may be balanced, corrected, or removed when reasonably necessary to operate or secure the game. Privy wallet login does not make game credits or players blockchain assets. Holding a configured Solana token may affect virtual-credit regeneration under the current game rules, but does not make those credits redeemable or give them a guaranteed value.
4. Fair use
You agree not to:
- exploit bugs, automate abusive traffic, manipulate matches, duplicate operations, or evade limits;
- access accounts or systems without authorization, disrupt the Service, or introduce malicious code;
- use names, descriptions, or feedback for unlawful, threatening, hateful, infringing, or deceptive content; or
- sell or transfer an account except where we expressly allow it.
We may restrict or terminate access when needed to protect the Service, enforce these terms, or comply with law.
5. Availability and changes
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change features, game balance, rules, or availability. We do not promise uninterrupted service or permanent preservation of a particular virtual state.
6. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the Service. Some jurisdictions do not allow all limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
7. Contact and updates
We may update these terms and will post the current revision date. Questions may be sent to support@e-personae.com.
