Privacy policy

1. Scope

This policy describes how E-Personae, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) handles information when you use SolBall (the “Service”).

2. Information processed

  • Account identity: the Privy user identifier and, when you provide an identity token, verified linked email and Solana wallet addresses.
  • Game data: manager profile, club, players, lineups, training, facilities, matches, transfers, virtual-credit ledger, verified token-balance checkpoints used for credit regeneration, and feedback.
  • Security and operations data: request identifiers, rate-limit records, timestamps, IP-derived rate-limit keys, and standard hosting/database logs.

SolBall does not receive or store an account password. Match outcomes and event logs are computed inside the game service from saved club data and a random seed.

3. How information is used

We use information to authenticate accounts, operate and secure the game, settle game actions correctly, prevent abuse, respond to feedback, diagnose failures, and meet legal obligations.

4. Service providers and disclosure

Privy processes authentication and linked identity data. Solana RPC providers process public wallet and token-account queries used to verify token holdings. MongoDB and our hosting providers process application data and operational logs. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect the Service and its users, or in connection with a business transaction. We do not sell personal information.

5. Retention and security

We retain account and game records while needed to operate the Service, preserve game integrity, resolve disputes, and comply with law. Rate-limit buckets expire automatically. We use access controls, authenticated connections, database validation, and other reasonable safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal information. You can update your manager profile in the Service. For other requests, contact privacy@e-personae.com.

7. Children and changes

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the Service changes; the current revision date appears at the top of this page.
